Can you take a picture of the phone and the pc screen after the phone is booted?
Try pressing the blue button, iam have not done is for some time, so i do not remember presicly what i did and i did not do the full partition backup so i cannot get back and try again, but i know it works there are alot of people how has compleated the imei recovery with this guide.

mei recreation did not happen because I can not download the qcn. When I press the blue button, nothing happens except that I get angry.

I'm very new to playing around with phones, so forgive me if some of my questions are rather "newbish"
I bought a Z5 that didn't work when it arrived.
With the help of other friendly users of this forum I managed to flash the 075 stock rom to the phone, however that did not fix my problems with no wifi or cellular connectivity. I was directed to this thread!
I managed to follow along with the instructions, and recovered the IMEI settings via Qfil, however that did not do the trick.
I downloaded the persist image, but I am not sure how to flash it.
I have never worked with "fastboot" or "bootloader" before.
I do not know, where to type the commands that you list in order to flash the persist image.
Is it possible you could describe the procedure of flashing the persist.img in very basic terms.
EG: Click on this, do this, write this.

When I boot the device, it is stuck on the activation page, without being able to connect to wifi.

You folder structure is ****ed, do not call you folder all kind of **** make a folder on your c drive and call it adb and put all the stuff in that.
