What does LeOS mean ?
- nothing. It is simply a fantasy name

What is LeOS ?

LeOS-R is based on PHHusson AOSP GSI / current version

- LeOS-Q is based on Lineage 17.1 with Andy Yan patches
- All versions are 'de-googled'. This means that the OS itself does not send unwanted data to Google Server

- LeOS-R + Q are vanilla versions, so without any Google Play Services.
- Gapps do NOT work in LeOS

- As a Google Play Services replacement, MicroG is integrated

Which apps are integrated
LeOS-Mini:
MicroG

- F-Droid

- Koler Dialer

- File Manager
LeOS-Nano:
without MicroG

- F-Droid

-File Manger
- LeOS Full:

- Koler Dialer
Simple Calendar
Simple Contacts
- Simple Gallery
PeaceLauncher
- Open Camera

- DAVx5

- Silence
- Telegram

- Faiermail

- F-Droid

- Bromite Browser

- Seedvault

- PDF Viewer

Is LeOS rooted ?
- LeOS-R is available rooted and without root
- LeOS-Q not is rooted, because it’s easy to root with MagisK

Which versions of LeOS are available ?

- LeOS is available as arm64 / a64 / arm versions

- all versions are arm64, except a64 and arm

RW = VNDK lite /system is read and write

RO = VNDK /system is read-only
- avS = a-only rooted
- bvS = a/b rooted

- avN = a-only no root
- bvN = a/b no root

- LeOS-Q and LeOSx86-Q and LeOS-R roms for some devices are also available. The rom's are based on Lineage18.1

I will gladly create LeOS roms on request, if LOS18.1 or other A11 sources are available

hi
thanks for all the effort you put in to threads like this.....

I would realy like to flash this Rom.img and give it a go at daily use... :D

However so far all my efforts have Failed miseralby or ender up in "fastboot bootloop"
:(

Already tried to install this Rom.img with:
  • -- RUN_TWRP_Mi11 Lite 5G_Toolkit
  • -- XiaoMiFlash
  • -- XiaomiADBFastbootTools
= all results in "error partition not found" bla bla.... :(
currently on :
  • xiaomi.eu_multi_MI11Lite5G_V12.5.3.0.RKICNXM_v12-11-fastboot
  • Bootloader currently Unlocked
Only successfull installation method so far is with Fastboot.

Any link to a reliable guide would be helpfull
Or tips on flashing this: LeOS-Q-Oct-full-avN.img

A lot of the sold devices in my country are branded by Vodafone (RKIEUVF is the MIUI). They cost 50 euro less and I was wondering whether there could be any issue in updating with a unofficial ROM.
I'm asking this because those devices are not at the same MIUI version of the non-branded devices. Also could I have any problem if I put the stock MIUI for unbranded devices?

Can someone please confirm whether the hardware features like IR Blaster, NFC and fingerprint ID still work with LeOS?
