Great find!
Having difficulty adding an exchange account after adding an IMAP account. I wonder if there's an Exchange apk.

Camera doesn't quite fit in the screen. Seems to work though.

Still poking around.

Did you install Google Play Services 4.0, Google Search, and the Google Home?
It works for me (PAC-man 4.3.1 & Carbon 4.3.1)

There isn't much customization. Long press on home screen and select settings. Aside from that, you cannot do much.
