do you have a link to the theme?

No theme. I manually extracted htc one icons from it's stock rom then re-colored some from stock green to holo blue (messaging icon, contacts, phone) then manually edited each app icon on apex launcher.

U can try compare your systemui with this xml http://db.tt/e45EXeoN and for bigger height size of statusbar just decompile yourframework and change statusbar height size and statusbar icon size on dimens.xml..For me height =38,icon size=22..Will try to implemented on 4.2.2 rom if i miss using it..
