Try putting the qfil folder in the root of the disk, example C:

You're doing it from the desk. And make sure it's an X722.

You have a space in the path.

Go to te file, right click. Copy path with mouse and paste

Ante try on some PC with english display language, it could be that FlashOne2.0 see those "š, č, etc" as special characters even if they aren't in path.

Rename the file to something simple like : Thanks.zip

This is a common issue,
go to the file, and right click on the file,
In file properties, you will see the path, highlight it with you mouse and then click Control+ C on your keyboard. ( CTRL and C)

Go back to the flash 2.0 window and click Control + V to paste in the path. ( CTRL and V )
If this doesn't work, try an account that has Admin privileges.
I had this exact issue on my very first unbricking.

I would not think that version of Flash should not really matter.
Personally, I use FlashOne 2.0 or FlashOne 1.9

This issue is with your PC, read the link I posted a few minutes ago.

You must have Admin Rights to install any driver on Windows

Can someone who already unbricked his bricked X722 help Ante666 because it's hard for me to help him because I didn't have bricked X722 and I didn't gone throught this process? I unbricked a lot Snapdragon phones with qfil but it always was smooth so don't know what could be the problem with his unbricking.

Disable your antivirus, and defender. ( when you downloaded the Qfil, Windows Defender removed some elements of the file)

Absolutely these types of issues are linked to your computer. I have help more people unbrick X727/X720 's than I even know. No doubt, I have seen or heard about this issue many, many times. It's always the PC blocking something, drivers or file corruption....every single time.

After you have taken care of all of those things:
Download the latest All In One tool and run updates : not only does it update ADB, and system drivers, it now has the option to put the phone into EDL mode.

They have already reported it. Restore factory and recover the storage space.
