Just tried my debloated 07S and acquired lock in about 5 seconds.
I'd really like to help you with testing but I don't have a windows pc sitting around. Every time I flash stock it comes with the stock recovery and I need to drive to an internet cafe to root it and flash your rom again. If there's an alternative to letting me keep twrp I'll gladly help out.
tldr; I tried with your debloated 06S.

FYI - If you don't want the STOCK ROM zip to overwrite the recovery, just comment this line out of its update-script file.
OK - if you could try with stock 06S to make sure it is not an Letv issue, this would be great. If you don't have the same problem with stock, I will do my best to get to the bottom of the issue.

OK so I have looked at the log, but I can't really find anything obvious. In fact, there are so many errors in this log it is crazy. Have you tried a reflash? And you are using my debloated 08S ROM right?
08S is very buggy from stock, but this seems more than usual. For example it seems to have problems loading stagefright libraries for some reason, which could have many effects on system.
Google Play Services has not been installed properly.

can you provide the link to the stock 06s? i can only find 08s on letv download page.
Lol, you're telling me. When I ran the logcat, there was so many red colour, which meant it's sure buggy. Google Play Store is working, I can download and install apps. However, I'll reinstall Google Play Services just in case....

Whoops, I spoke too soon. Back to FC'ing... I'd read the logcat itself and it seems like "Google Play services out of date. Requires 8115000 but found 7574440", and "Google Play Services not available: SERVICE_VERSION_UPDATE_REQUIRED"...
I'll try to get another version...

May I know what version of the Google Play Services you guys are using? I can't seem to get it right...
Please try clean flash, log into Google and update everything before doing anything else.

Finally some good news.... Clean installed your rom and updated all related apps in Play Store.
Keeping my fingers crossed but so far everything seems ok. Checked my logcat and no errors related to Play Services... phew...
But PITA to re-install everything...

Did you have issues before with your GPS with these ROMs?
I am wondering if my habit of installing the ROM and then restoring loadsa apps via Titanium (as opposed to setting all up from scratch) is an issue...?
I was not having any issues with GPS in the beginning. It was only after I tweaked build.prop that issues started to surfaced.
I think it does affect your phone if you keep restoring via TB. The best experience is always to do clean install, but most of us don't have that luxury, right?
