You will do a Full Wipe! And your CWM will be deleted too.

Well, there goes my games. I'd rather keep my GB firmware so I don't have to redownload gigs of game data. And besides I am getting crashes when using the kdz flasher, I couldn't get it to push through with the installation properly.

wait till it got rooted so you can use titanium back up and after the update you can restore it...currently the ICS for SU660 got a locked bootloader

If you want to try ICS, Then try Aragorn's su660 mod for tonyp's Paranoid android or the latest kang build 80.

Successfully updated my phone to Android 4.0.4 v30b. I used Smartflash since KDZ flasher didn't work for me. Backed up my apps and data(Titanium Backup) and restored it after, my phone 's rooted btw. No problem/issues so far.

Search for "LG ROM Converter 2.1" in this forum. It is for P970 but you can use this for SU660. Put the kdz file in the same folder of the Converter21.exe file and run it. Wait and see the files for smartflash. It is as easy as piece of cake. Ah, remember when the program ask if you want to cook CWM into the ROM files, answer NO (because the CWM only works for P970)
