LG Bridge is not able to check for software update. Screenshot attached. LG V60 T-Mobile software version 20n

It's able to check, but there isn't results at the moment...
Tested using two IMEIs found online...
Maybe it works with some but fails with other..?

The app won't even onnect to my Docomo V60
