My biggest gripe with non stock custom ROMs is the fact that LG cam doesn't work on them.. due to the drivers LG seems so intent on not letting out.
Does anyone know of any drivers like these out in the wild, or reverse engineered versions that work well enough for us to use?
For now one can use GCam, but that's often too slow and sometimes crashy*, and certainly without enough manual control for me to feel the need for one LG Cam APK.
If there were drivers, I could just install the drivers and then maybe use the default LG cam, or some good FOSS manual camera app that uses the drivers optimized for this phone for a good quality result.
* I use gcam 5.1 and 6.1 - I don't know of a gcam 7 that supports all cameras well enough
