@quangnhut123 when it's based on uptestex 1.2.3.1 why you don't share unlocked version of this tool ? It has very usefull options for advanced users like merging and decrypting kdz 1.0 1.1 and 1.2 versions for all platforms.

I need some urgent help, as then I can't use my phone.

Basically y bootloader and everything was what my phone pretty much came with, but i was running CM11. So i downloaded a KDZ, and I installed it with the CSE option, but it kept giving errors about it failing, so now im trying the other option.

But since i was on stock last, it was JellyBean, and now I'm upgrading to Kitkta, wont that cause an issue? What do I do?

DO i try doing s CSE Flash after the system flash?

EDIT:

The system flash worked, phone boots up AND ITS WORKING. I only got one bootloop, now its working properly, I need not do anything else now right?

THANKSSS

Guys, I have the LGOG Pro JB stock version, 4.1.2. The only modification is that it's rooted.

Does it (having root) changes any part of the kdz update process? Any possible problem because of this (should I unroot before updating)??

Thanks a lot!

No, you don't have to unroot before using this tool. Just put your phone to download mode and start Flash Tool.

Try uninstalling LG Mobile Support Tool from your PC, then search for a folder named "LGMOBILEAX" and delete it, then reboot your ? and try again...

Yes, you can go to LG 4.4.2 stock straightway, it doesn't matter how your phone is, locked/unlocked bootloader or even soft bricked, you have to use CSE Mode, after flashing is done your phone will be just like if you have just purchased it! (so locked bootloader)

Try unplugging it, and then plugging it again (in Download Mode, of course), and hopefully it will continue from there...

No problem at all with larger KDZ files!

Have you downloaded and installed the latest drivers for your phone? Do it and try again!
Don't forget to put the KDZ file inside the LG Flash Tool 2014 folder!
Don't forget to pluggin your phone in Download Mode before opening Flash Tool 2014!

My phone is stuck in bootloop (blue and green LED) have tried all this but still stuck at 2%. Very frustrating.

Thanks for this.

For reasons unknown to me, the LG v3.11.3 drivers provided in the OP did not work for me (running Win 8.1), so I decided to use v2.11.1 instead, which is what I had used before w/ the old recovery method and worked for me when I used it with this new recovery method. Anyways, I would like to share the version of the LG driver w/ others: https://mega.co.nz/#!wQ0VlT5b!jFrM04LPNkkQXSKc3YJ4rf8EBL9xSOGrX-tJJ2Tevn8

No issues with the tool. I was able to restore my phone after installing the LG drivers. Extremely easy to use. After putting the phone in download mode, just check your Windows device manager to make sure all drivers have been installed properly.

It's a million times easier that the old method.

Normal Flash: Flash ROM without losing any data. Only use this when you need to fix system error. Beware of boot loop when flashing ROM that differ from current ROM on your phone or MOD ROM.
CSE Flash: Choose this option when you need a fresh format. All data will be gone. It's suitable for upgrading or downgrading ROM or simply use this when you need to back to Stock.
