First of all I dont use the tablet since January 2018 because of a broken screen, some days ago I just get the screen replacement, works fine and I update the tablet, all the software is the original, I dont have it rooted.
Tonight I use the tablet till 2% battery level and turned it off, today I connected it to the charger and almost immediately a firmware update appeared, image attached. It has been on that screen for about an hour and nothing has moved, is this normal? and if not what should I do?
