lg g2 f320s can't get update

Hello
I bought the new lgKorean model yesterday it run 4.4.2 kitkat.as far as i know there is lollipop update that came out,when i try to update via fota i get this message "the device as not yet registered " what should i do?
I am from israel and i bought it from private store...
