So I seemed to have (soft?) bricked my LG G3 D855.

Having unsuccessfully tried OneClickRoot, I attempted to root using this guide
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/guide-root-method-lg-devices-t3129197

and while the root command (in step 6) seemed to have worked, after reboot command (in step 6), the phone hangs on the LG logo (it does not continually reboot, just gets stuck).

I am able to enter the 'restore to factory' dialogue, but following restore the phone still hangs on the LG logo.

I am able to put it into 'download' mode but LG PC Suite does not detect the phone. I tried re-installing the drivers on the PC. I tried multiple PCs.

Help?
Thanks in advance..
