Been using mine now for a week or so. I have hotspot on for about 12 hours a day while I stream video to my tablet in my tractor cab. I have yet to be down to 50% when I come home at night. The stock battery simply had to be recharged by noon.

Ordered mine last Tuesday, just came in today. The case feels nice and solid, more so than the Note 3 case. It came with 60% juice. I'll drain it and see what happens after my full charge and post stats.

I have a Moto 360, but am rooted with no bloatware.

Let's see if anyone can get 15 hours SOT from this considering you can get 5 hours SOT from the stock battery.

I'm sure most people won't get 3x's the SOT. I'd imagine most are running their brightness higher now since they don't have to worry about battery life. Up until this phone I always keep my brightness on the minimum setting. With the G3, the minimum setting is lower than normal, around 20% is comparable to other phones. I keep my brightness at 30%, which is a little brighter than I use to keep it on other phones, and I get about the same SOT 4-5 hours. If I had this battery I'd keep the brightness at 50-60%.

I believe that's the definitive answer to the oft-asked "How do I gurantee I get on the throttled unlimited users list?" question.

That being said, I can't remember the last time we weren't over a TB per month here at my house (Comcast Business Class FTW), so that would be pretty restrained in my book. Just not Verizon's.

Those using the zerolemon finding the phone actually runs cooler? Been running it for a couple hours while charging and it seems to be 10+C cooler for me according to Coolify.

Nope. Haven't noticed any problems just yet. It IS better when I play games though. Been playing Gangstar Vegas and Modern Combat. It makes it easier to hold onto.

Also I'm a 25N in the Army and we all have super heavy usage. On the stock battery I had to charge my phone twice a day. With this battery I was barely down to 17% after an 18 hour day. That's with full brightness on all the time and downloading torrents. Playing games too. I use the **** out of my phone and this thing actually gives me the battery life I need while I'm at work. Definitely recommend it!

Just got my case. Damn this things heavy, and big. I cant use it one handed really, pinky finger strains due to the weight. Im going to use it for one cycle. If I still don't like it ill be selling it for retail to whoever wants it

How a the heat with the huge battery? I've been playing with my G3 a lot within the last hour or so just to kill my battery and it's getting a little warm. Sprint diagnostic thing says my battery is at 38.6 C right now, don't know what the cpu is at. My concern is extended periods of gaming and watching videos.

I just got mine today and am charging it for 12 hours as recommended before using.

My question however is that since I've had the new setup I have had a weird issue with my service. I have tmobile but ny text messages fail to send or take a while to send and when they do send it sends the same text 3 or 4 times.

Has anyone else had this experience?

Sounds like a signal or tmobile issue Specialize . I ha e Sprint so I can't say if it's tmobile issue although I have seen that before from a friend that has tmobile.

My battery came earlier today but i was not able to switch the G3 on. When i plugged in the original charger, i get this icon.

Any advice?

I've seen a few people say when they put the battery in it pushed a pin down or something. Check that. I remember one guy saying he used a little bit of something to keep it propped up.

It happened to me as well. You just have to push the pin back up and reinsert the battery.
