Lg G4 F500L - Fixing and Converting to International H815 Model

When I installed the kdz it booted with warning "current version is not available for user. cant find match cust for nt-code mcc.mnc{}, subset{}" and I was not able to use touch screen.
By trying and rebooting several times i got rid of that message i dont know how and then followed all the steps but now my touchscreen stopped working again just after rooting.
Any idea why?

This message is normal after flash any stock ROM.
My advice is that you use a stock rom as base for a CUSTOM ROM, where this message does not appear.

I have made it work by attaching mouse through usb otg and followed the rest of the steps and now my G4 is up and running.

Great !!!! Now I'm using 7HD v5.1 for H815 V10E. In the first boot, I did't have signal (really bad signal strength) althrough I restarted 2 3 times. I checked and saw "My Model number" is "LG H815" and had a difference between baseband version. I flashed again 2 3 times with these steps. Now my model number is "LGE-F500L". Baseband is base in F500L. Bravo !!!!
Wow, it shows full signal strength. I don't know why but it based in GSM and WCDMA problem. (In 815 model, cannot choose GSM in menu services)
p/s : press 277634#*# -> Field test -> Modem settings -> Network Mode / RAT Selection suitable for your country

Works on new 7_HD_6.3_3D_H815_by_S3V3N ROM. Approved.

Is there any hopes of a similar solution to work on other variants? We're currently running an H812. Trying to figure out if any of this procedure can help us to get a bootloader unlocked version.

You can update to Marshmallow 6.0 but cannot root with rePack kernel. We dont' have TWRP ...
So I'll try to update by "send command" again
p/s: I read somewhere cannot downgrade to 5.1 ?

Could someone confirm the keys to enter the hard reset in F500L way?
They are different from the model h815.

1) VOL Down + Power;
2) Release 2 keys on LG appear;
3) Quickly hold VOL UP + DOWN.
However, in the factory reset screen, the device is not recognized by fastboot. In download mode too, and the QuickBoot app, reboot into recovery mode is in black screen, with the android red triangle and an exclamation. In all cases, the fastboot not recognize. =(
