No issues at all.
Best phone I've had to date and I've had so many since iPhone 3 and Nexus 1 days.
Did have the touchscreen issue when it first came out but 1st update fixed that.
Only con is the slow udates to Australia.
Not hardware related though.

Sent from my LG-H815 using XDA Free mobile app

it' on the label of the box when you have bougth your phone (the 3 first numbers of the "s/n" ) or on the phone behind the battery. ;)
Thanks - going to check it out later. :) So far though, my only issues on this phone is the horrendous batterylife with a few random reboots in the last week. But I guess, this is a topic for another thread.

So I had the phone for like for like 3 or 4 months,no problem at all, getting about 4h30mins SOT,though I have the 505 h815 model,is there still a chance of getting the bootloop issue?I'm really afraid because I have no warranty for the phone.

LG G4 H815 SN 505. Bought it in December 3rd, started turning off and restarting on its own with some line glitches and freezing on January, 1st. Then it started to bootloop (stuck on logo then die) on January 25th.

Interesting would be how many failures at which month of usage.
From what i could gauge around 6-7 months usage with 505. people who bought in june experienced failure in Jan. had a couple on the G+ G4 community say in Dec they had no problems and in Jan, it was oops. LG did a replace and that was the end of the story.

6-7 months surprised me as i thought three months and you're in the clear, bathtub curve and all.

Real test is to wait and see if 506's start failing this month or the next.

This happened to mine about a month ago. I don't know what the serial number was on it, but I got it at Launch. My wife's G4 started having this problem on Friday and her serial number starts with 506. VZW is shipping another.

Had my G4 about 6 months. Guess an early one as it was second hand (bought from a guy who got it for his wife on upgrade but it was too big). No issues so far. Bit hot occasionally but nothing else. On V20d via LG Up. Super impressed with it ... i had a G3 before. It was the only camera on a trip with friends to see the Northern Lights in Iceland to actually get clear photos of them (using manual mode)!

In late January my phone failed H815 505 :(

I sold it yesterday on eBay for parts/repair because LG was refusing to fix the phone because I had a LG H815 and I was in the United States. The device was still under warranty until May 2016 but it's too late now. I was using the phone under ATT Network and never had any problem with quality of signal/reception. I ended up buying an LG Nexus 5X as a burner Phone to get me by until the LG G5 comes out. If I buy an LG G5 you can be sure I'll be buying a ATT version so I don't get burned with Warranty again. It was a tough pill to swallow but what can you do, life goes on.
