LG G5 Retina Scanner
Although it's all speculation the retina scanner feature sounds interesting. I tried to look up the company LG partnered with Irience, but haven't been able to find specs on their iris scanner. My main concern is how would this work at night time? I was thinking you could use it during the day and rely on the fingerprint scanner at night. Sort of an inconvenience though because i;d want to use the iris scanner all the time. What do you guys think?

i don't think that the G5 will get an iris scanner
in my opinion i don't find any interest of the iris scanner, he work only <50cm from your face you have to remove glasses and look to the phone it work like face unlock, fingerprint is way better

i think that the battery is removable + this module that you can use to add extra battery of 1100 mAh
I am not sure if there is enough space for a decent size user removable battery if they go for none user replaceable it will have More mah because they can twist and bend it to maximize battery size/mah
i'm saying that the battery that we see here is the removable battery attachad to the bottom of the G5, to add an extra battery maybe a module will take place of the bottom part of the phone and the battery will stick into it and you can use it.
my point is that the battery is removable with the bottom and the extra battery module will be outside the phone not inside the

Is the bottom strip not metal? If it is then where is the antenna? All crammed in between the dual cameras and the flash...? that seems unlikely

that could be but it is unsafe because drops could puncture the battery and well the battery acid doesn't play nice with the skin and the battery doesn't seem to have a much protection around it

It's probably plastic like the 6P.
I really hope that's not true... 3000mAh in the 5.2" G2 through the V10 which should have had a larger battery but didn't, and now they are downgrading the battery??
2800 is like, let's see, 6,7% less than 3000.
If G5 really has an OLED display i think that 2800 will be enough.
Also we don't know if G5 has a 5.6" display or a 5.3" one, tomorrow all wil be clear =)
