I bought my LG G5 Sprint second hand (used) and I had a problem that I thought was a system, this problem I'm talking about, is that I can not hear anything with the cell phone, no calls, no multimedia, no notifications, Hearing aids, that is, completely without audio, someone tells me if there is a way to reinstall the system and fix it, or it is a board problem. I also have problems with playing videos on YouTube, recording audio, recording video, every time I try one of the actions mentioned above, the application stops working and I have to go home, or forcibly close it.
