Having come from the Note 4/Edge where that is the norm and people expecting to have an exploit from day 1 makes you see that a bit differently. No offense intended if it was meant to be more of a "stranded on a deserted island hoping for a savior" comment.
I pledge $50 to root and $50 for TWRP. I am very grateful to the devs who have secured our tech freedom over the years. Love this phone and it is worth the patience.
