Lg G7 no service (g7 verizon)

Updated the lg g7 to android 9 and now it gives no connection services at all . I'm attaching some pictures to give an idea . The mobile data and wifi are not working at all so the only way I can access internet from the device is by bluetooth tethering . Any help will be appreciated.

can you have backup of modemst1 and st2 replace it from qpst. it will be fixed.
