Thanks, I have emailed pretty much everyone I could find, GSMFORUM and the guy I bought it from, support at Octoplus, and so on, so far not one reply (except from yours). This is really pi$$ing me off, after spending a small fortune only to have it not work after the first box didnt come. Not the greatest set of support for this product I am finding, at least not yet.

Hey man, can you check your devices, is your card also unknown, or is this my possible issue? I know if Windows cannot read the internal card, then Octoplus may be having issues, can you check your Windows OS and confirm for me?

Try without being connected to the internet.

Dear Sirs,please help me to unlock LG G7 SPRINT with firmware g710p12a,I understain it is posible with octopus box to flash Global market rom G710EM10b_00_0521.kdz like a rebranding crossflash or it is possible to flash EU firmware?
I don t have octopus box,so I don t have any choice so please help me to unlock gsm sim to use in Europe also with gsm and lte !
I hope to give me a solution!

If the Sprint version g710pm have last firmware G710P13A can I crosflash with em(europe) firmware G710EM10q_00_OPEN_EU_OP_1219?

Hey, do the unlocking services work on Restricted devices? Step dad got screwed over by Sprint ($50 bill somehow became $105 and no one can tell him why or will do anything about it) and now he has a Restricted G7 and has moved on the Cricket wireless.

Does the unlocking only work on unlocking the SIM card? Anyway to get the phone unrestricted?

Needs help.

Hello. I bought LG G7 Sprint variant. Try network unlock with remote service, but no luck with it. There is no download mode on it, no fastboot, only has access to recovery. When turn it on, after that all off times have pop up message "Device restricted. It is still owned to Sprint....." And last: can't use WiFi on it. It switch to any WiFi network, but no internet on it. When connect it to PC via USB, PC shows that it is unknown device. Please, take me any support with this.

Why cant you go to download mode you should be able to

Try a different charger and a different port on the computer that means the connection is faulty could be charger or the port on either your computer or your phone
