Lg g7 unable to connect to mobile data

I just bought lg g7. It is ULM version and is stuck on android 8. I wanted to update it to a newer version, tinckered with the settings, connected to lg bridge and stuff. I couldnt update it and gave up. But now there is a huge problem! Mobile data which worked normally doesnt work anymore. I rechecked everything and all the settings are correct but when i turn on mobile data nothing happens, no 3g or lte sign appears. Only thing i havent done is factory reset, and i am scared to do that as well, what if my cellular service stops working alltogether and i am locked out.

create apn, it will be okay.
go to mobile networks in setting, access points and create new

Fix for no data

Go into hidden service menu *#546368#* plus your model mumber folled by # then factory reset r and d only will fix the issue
