LG Home Theme/MultiLauncher Themes

Why do some of those themes need permissions, for example access files outside their own app package or even access to Wifi connection information?

I am not sure which apps you refer here but you should look for themes for multi homes on playstore by us. It themes apps other than lg home also.

he means using the HTC theme which themes the icons on LG Home but with the SenseHome form Sense 9 that Xpirit ported
