Im on the sprint community on Em_Will_I_Am page, but i cant seem to click on anything that lets me message him any tips on how u message people on sprint comm page?

If you are logged into your Sprint account this option is available; if not, then you need to create the account.

Thanks to the OP I was able to re-unlock my V20.. ?
I used my old Sprint community account to reach out to Em_will_i_am and he helped unlock my device..
I had mine unlocked when I paid it off and left sprint avout a year and a half ago.. But I did a Reset and the phone got locked again..
He really is willing to help, we had a little bit of trouble cause it didn't work on the first try but he didn't give up on me..
Even though I didn't have a Sprint account anymore he helped me.
Make sure you guys have a Sprint SIM or he won't be able to help.
(Thank God I didn't ditch my sim the first time I had it unlocked) lol

I was unable to manualy change apn setting. It's still blocked by Sprint. They keep saying apn alteration is not allowed.
I just bought an unlocked Sprint V20. It is still running Android 7.0. Does it mean that if let the phone upgrade to Oreo. It will become GSM locked again?
Update: yes, my LS997 is now locked. APN menu is inaccessible. This is just lame. How could LG release a firmware that kills SIM unlock?

Why Field Test via 5689#*997# doesn't show on my LS99720a?
I have no network connection in LTE mode, only GSM works . APN setting greyed out, cannot be changed for setting up Internet access even in GSM mode.
Does anybody know workaround on these issues?
