LG V20 Stuck at Factory Reset Status 2 [FIX]

If you find your self stuck at the blue factory reset screen with the number 2 in the middle. The solution I have found is to use the "PARTITION DL" mode in LGUP, select all partitions and wait. This is tested working on H91810P
