Sorry if this had been addressed before or if my questions don't make sense. I'm a noob and not necessarily knowledgeable about the technical side of phones.
I recently got lg v20 vs995 for Verizon. I had signal problems from the start. It fluctuates between 3g , 1x, and no signal. It has never even hinted at receiving 4g or lte. My previous Note 2 had no problems with fluctuating signals or with receiving 4g lte. The v20 is up to date on software. I have tried the different network settings. There doesn't appear to be any adjustments to be made to the apn. I've done the removing of the sim and factory reset several times. I placed the sim in the old note 2 and it showed 4g. Is there some software/settings adjustment that I am unaware of or haven't tried? Are my 4g lte bands not enabled?......or is the v20 just a junk phone or mine has hardware problems?
