May be you need to modify some extra settings and configurations which i don't know. Im not a developer and found this method by hit and trial after spending many nights by tweaking each and every configuration related to volte.
Dont forget to add cust enabling lines (mentioned in first post ) in build.prop when you u r using fulmics rom
Care to upload your cust folder or just post screenshot where you did the editing?

All this worked for me on h850. I dont know about other models.. You can use theory in your own way.
Many thanks for your ideas. I currently use a H962 on Android L but can't get VoLTE to work (hidden menu tells me IMS Disconnected, VoLTE Status Disable.
MAYBE it's because a "vo_config.xml" is'n there in the first place and the folder is named differently. Any tips to get VoLTE to work on H962 are highly appreciated.
Should mention that I already played around with SQL editing and gave it an IMS APN. I use O2 Germany network.

Many thanks in advance.

Thats because your phone is not international model... i think open euro folder exist in intenational models... check vo_config. file in your carriers folder( if it exist in cust folder ). I think Hidden menu says volte disabled beacuse it is not activated from build.prop.....

Well it's not intended for the European market so in cust folder one only finds OPEN_COM_DS folder with the subfolders you specified. The software identifies itself as "TWN-XX".

Any suggestions? :confused:

If I only knew how this "cust"-system works... :(

On the other hand I edited build.prop and the VoLTE switch appeared in the pull down menu and IMS settings became accessible in hidden menu :fingers-crossed:

search TWN XX related files and folders in cust folder containing configurations according to your region.

I only found a cust_OPEN_TW.prop in the OPEN_COM_DS folder I mentioned above.
In there you'll find TWN-XX but nothing on VoLTE. :(
The folder structure is
cust -> OPEN_COM_DS -> _config -> config_OPEN_TW (to where I copied a modified vo_config.xml)

i think i can't help you anymore...
download shortcut master lite app and search with keywords like volte... , to access any hidden settings if available.

I'm currently running FulMics 4.5. I flashed your zip file and verified the files took hold (/cust exists, /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/cust exists) however after rebooting the files go away like nothing happened. Help?

The option for VoLTE is actually present as of the current version, however, I can't tell if it is working.

Tmobile variant is not supported because of extra hard coded libraries and ims settings

After digging into cust folders, I believe the files of:
/cust/OPEN_COM/_config/config_OPEN_EU/ike_conf.xml
/cust/OPEN_COM/_config/config_OPEN_EU/ims_conf.xml
(and maybe more of them) are the keys to activate VoLTE on non-supported carriers (for H850).
There are detail settings for ike and ims and they are mapped with mcc and mnc.
Is it possible to write these configs or can we try extract them from other models G5 (or even other LG phones, if it's implemented on framework level) and apply them to H850?
Maybe it's worth trying but I only got one H850 for now.

Is there any way to obtain volte (reliance jio) in custom roms? Feel stock is heavy.
Were you able to make VoLTE work with Reliance Jio using stock ROM. I'm desperately looking for this. Any idea?

Mine is an H830 (T-mobile) running 20a. I flashed the zip in the original post, but, did not get any cust folder. Can anyone tell me the exact path for finding the cust folder?

Editing build.prop file GO to build.prop file in System folder via any root explorer and paste this command at last. [CODE said:
ro.lge.supportvolte=1[/CODE]
After pasting this command , leave a blank line at last and save.
You say that the last line should be blank but I found on your picture this details in last line: ro.build.sbp=1

For step nr2 (for replace MCC and MNC values in folder: VO_CONFIG>XML) I think that is the best, first install on the phone branded firmware with VOLTE, go to folder: VO_CONFIG>XML then copy this values to unbranded firmware.
