You remove that by the hole or?
No i was having issues with signal and i took the chin apart to check something cause it seemed "loose" when i squeezed just the chin on the lg logo i got killer signal. I just happent to look at the speaker while i was in there and noticed a bunch of garbage packed on it. Mine has no waranty and if it did i void it anyways. I do all my own repairs. But i noticed garbage on the oth cover and removed it while it was appart. Now if u do take the chin appart. The lg logo plastic is glued on. Use a hair dryer to heat it. And just blow the cloth cover off. Im a mechanic by day and worried aboit getting iron shavings in it now. Bit it still sounds great. Best cell speaker ive ever heard.

Sent mine for warranty repair two weeks ago. I have a bad power button. It was acting up, it got to the point where I couldn't even use the phone anymore. I got back the phone after one week and they told me that they simply did a factory reset. As I expected, I started to have the same troubles again a few days later. LG repair service is the poorest I've ever seen. They needed to replace the power button to solve the problem once and for all but, they were too lazy to do it. I ordered a power button on eBay because I don't want to go through the trouble of sending it to LG again.
