If you haven't fixed this,place this DLL in your C:\Program Files (x86)\LG Electronics\LGUP\model\common folder.Rename the dll in that folder LG_common.bak.dll or something so it doesn't get overwritten.You want to keep the orginal LG_Common.Dll in that folder just in case you have to use it with another device.Best of luck!
