1. On a desktop: download LG Bridge (Mac or PC)

2. On device:
Power Off
Hold down Volume Up and then...
Plug phone into USB to desktop
Release volume when Recovery menu appears

3. On LG Bridge:
Software Update tab
Bottom Right Corner is a link for errors
PRESS IT

This works for every brick issue with K7
