i try to do chip erase, but i get the massage

Error: 0x8000, Device is IMPL lock State. Please Unlock First before ChipErase [TZ Unlock : 0x2]

Back it up by writing it down, use PDM to re-write it as far as I'm aware

incorrect firmware I think. Sounds like you're cross-flashing, which doesn't always work unless you have IMPL unlocked/bootloader unlocked, which we can't do as far as we've all found

I have used the same firmware as i'm trying to remove the KT image to unlock 5G and run VoLTE & Wifi calling also to remove Korean language

I have installed this firmware F100N20a_00_COM_KR_OP_1020 but still KT logo coming after turn on the device and all issue are the same no change

so i get this massage after use same firmware to ChipErase

now if i install firmware for F100EMW, it will work normally and solve all this issue as my device is F100N

Is it 🤔 possible we can change the firmware from Korean to any other to enable 5g and volte. Share the firmware and guide if this possible. This firmware is android 11 right?

As stated in the other post, non-demo devices I don't think can do it. you'd use chip erase with the firmware selected. you need to use the firmware matching your device model number or there will be little bugs and hiccup's once in awhile. South African firmware, for example, makes me go through setup every time I power cycle the device.

No Android 11 firmware is available in KDZ format yet. Also this post isn't firmware, its the tool to flash firmware

Yes it android 11, the korean verison get the update

But i'm asking if i change the firmware from F100N to F100EMW thats will solve 5G, wifi calling 🤔🤔
Did any one try it

Can't get an IMEI to stick on my LG Wing demo device, so I can't say, but there is no kdz yet for android 11. I've tried several that I've found online, all come out at 10 from what I checked

You can see from this photo that i have android 11, check this web site for firmware https:\\lg-firmwares.com
And select LG F100N

i have try to change the firmware but i get this error

Error:0x5319, Not allow to change the device (COM_KR->COM1_EU)

That's where i get most of my firmware files as well. Always said 10 for me... weird.

Its entirely possible non-demo devices can't do it. I have yet to run into that error on my device. I've flashed every region firmware

If you looked 2 posts above, you'd see I quote responded to someone else for the exact same error. As stated above, it may not be possible to do on non-demo devices. I have a demo device, I've flashed every region firmware we have access to, and didn't have that issue. I'm guessing its a non-demo device issue

    Honestly found it on XDA of all places after looking for it all night

    What does 1.16 give us that 1.14 doesn't? Everything honestly. Could not get my Wing recognized to flash with 1.14. No 1.15 Patched exists either

    We can downgrade with ChipErase (and restore IMEI), we can modify PDM, we can dump the entire phone (will do tomorrow), can upgrade.

    This was the only working LGUp_Tool that worked outside of LGUP CMD

    I wanted this to try other countries firmware files to see if we get other weird results. This should also allow custom KDZ files? from my understanding

    How to use LGUp Tool From this Download
    1.) Download the LGUp 1.16.03 Patched from the XDA Link above
    2.) Run the EXE as admin so it can install Drivers and the software properly
    3.) Go to the install directory and run the 2 Bat files that are in the folder as admin
    Code: 
    Default: C:\Program Files(x86)\LG Electronics\LGUp
    -- Running LGUP_UI-fixer.bat -- run as admin, follow instructions, run the software when it says to, then close it
    -- Run LGUP_UI-Fixer-addon.bat -- run as admin, follow steps, then run LGUp.exe when patch complete
    You now have a working LGUP Tool 1.16 Patched for the LG Wing

    Explaining the functions of LGUP Tool
    Code: 
    REFURBISH： You will lose all user data（KDZ or TOT）

UPGRADE: Keep data and update your phone（KDZ or TOT) - Select Upgrade to flash kdz firmware to unbrick/restore your phone back to stock.

Chip Erase: Dangerous, This will erase IMEI/efs, do not try this if you do not have a NV backup. - Chip Erase can also remove the Google FRP on many LG devices with Android 5.0, 6.0.

PARTITION DL：Flash the single Partition or selected partitions onto your phone. - This feature can solve “unknown model” issues. This feature can be used to bypass Google FRP by flashing specific tot firmware.

DUMP：Dump all partitions of your phone as backup. - Dump the stock firmware from a working phone as back up and use Partition DL to restore phones.

FOTA Upgrade: This can be used to flash OTA Update file that comes with dot up file extension.

PDM: Change imei, wifi address, bluetooth, mac address

    I found a site that had a "KDZ Downloader" and used that to download it. I can upload it here for those who need it once i redownload it here at work

    or you can yourself from this post. Just need the LG URL to the firmware
