Lgv30 voice typing refuses to work

Hello may someone please help me ? I am having issues with my voice typing on my LG v30 it refuses to work sometimes and stops working while I'm in the middle of a sentence. I would appreciate any help I would be grateful.

Have you tried gboard and google voice typing? That's what i've been using on stock.

It has improved the reliabilitybut still refuses to work sometimes even after I push the microphone button it's a very frustrating and very annoying issue
