Mine doesn't leak under the edge of the screen, although it is brighter in the bottom half of the buttons, so clearly the lights are right at the bottom. If it's leaking under the screen edge, it would indicate that the screen is not quite seated correctly, so could be worth exchanging. That said, it won't affect the functionality of the phone so it depends if you find it annoying enough to send it back. Personally I think if you've just bought a brand new device at £400 odd then you want it to be spot on - on my first device, the little plastic surround around the micro usb port would come loose, and the headset speaker would buzz at high frequencies, so I returned it and the replacement has been spot on (touch wood). Over all, I would say the Titan is a very well made phone.
