No it doesn't matter. Just follow the guide.Regarding the old bootloader, my version is 18.5.C.0.25 instead of 18.5.C.0.19. Does that matter or can I flash the attached file?
Thank you
I am not following your problem because of my Holidays, but I can tell you that boot_twrp_root.img and boot_twrp_magisk.img is the same ,just rename and before flahs rom you have to full whype allIt worked! But I had already flashed back to version (...).19 by the time I read your reply, sorry. The first time I flashed 7.1 it didn't work (I was "stuck" in a loading screen that had a curved line with a circle going through it. The circle kept moving, but even after 20 minutes it didn't start).
For the second attemp, I wiped data from recovery, rebooted and then turned phone off. Flashed the exact same files as the first attempt, and now it worked. On both attempts I flashed boot_twrp_magisk.img instead of _root.img.
However: root is not working.

Hey Don't say me sir, since I'm also not a developer...Thank U sir!
But I have another question.
Can system.img be flashed without PC?I mean from recovery?
Yes you can not in our case the problem is that we use a preciated parameter that sequences the sending and installing system and only fastboot can do it for the moment (-S 256M )Hey Don't say me sir, since I'm also not a developer...
You can't flash system.img from recovery (without pc) even I tried that but i fails..
I went back to recovery and flashed the magisk zip and it worked. I assumed the boot_magisk.img meant I didn't have to flash the zip, but apparently you do.However: root is not working.

Bro, it's not possible because this ROM's kernel version is 3.4 and MagiskHide does not work on devices running Linux kernel version lower than 3.8But the Magisk app now shows that I'm failing SafetyNet check. Any suggestions? I tried searching XDA, but there are 30 topics with 30 pages each, dating 30 years ago. I can't even tell which info is still pertinent
Thanks
