Upload a log of the failing Installation in Nanodroid thread. Then the dev could look into that.
Atm i have three theories:

- the spoofing test app is wrong (but don't really think that's the reason because in the past i used another LOS 17 gsi rom and Nanodroid hadn't any problem)

- the twrp which you use has a problem with Nanodroid

- the Nanodroid package itself has a bug which your twrp triggers

But well without logs it hard to say what exactly is the problem. Or does your twrp give more information than just error 1 in the GUI?

More than just that installation failed (Error 1) was not given in the UI indeed. Installing the Nanodroid-microG package went without error btw. Having done that, and giving app access to the Spoof package signature of microG Services core did the trick.
All seems to be running ok now.

I cannot get USB FTP working on Samsung A8 with this GSI. USB debugging is on, checked USB preferences (File Transfer), I don't have Magisk installed, checked my W10 drivers...I could not find any solution on the XDA forum or anywhere else (yet)...
The strange (?) thing is, when booted in TWRP Recovery, both internal and external drives of my phone show up, but not in system boot. So, it must be a GSI thing, not a laptop thing right?
Anybody have likewise experiences and a solution? Thanks.
EDIT: I checked also https://github.com/phhusson/treble_experimentations/issues/225
and applied solution, but to no avail.

As @AndyYan doesn't build LOS16 ROMs anymore, can you or someone else bring it up to date? Treble of my device A3/2017 doesn't support LOS17.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I have Ulefone S1 (seems to be pretty much identical to Blackview A20). Rom boots and everything seems to work except for phone calls. I've found a RIL fix on 4pda forums, but calls still don't work. 3G data seems to work though just fine.

Any ideas or patches for this?

This is a very old release, try this one https://forum.xda-developers.com/pr...-device-discussion/lineage-iamsaalim-t3938438 maybe it has a patch for that. If not, well, you should take logs and open an issue on Github

I have flashed with the bad GSI and my archos oxygen 68xl bootloop on archos logo.
I tryed the AB but my phone has A Only checked with the apk checker after download Rom
SO my phone bootloop and i have a connect/disconnect Sound on my Pc
I have no more access to recovery or bootloader or adb
My phone is dead…??!!

@phhusson please help i installed this rom on my cubot a5, everything works very nicely, smooth and fast, thank you so much just one problem how to update security path it is on 05.06.2018 and when i press to check updates it says no updates found, maybe somewhere there is a zip file with new security path i can install throu twrp please? Or how to do it?

As part of this effort, I'm releasing GSIs of LineageOS
This is a GSI, and true to the GSI spirit. It aims at supporting a maximum number of devices, but only with AOSP-available hardware features.
