LineageOS 14.1 for Honor 5x

Hello,
This is my first time attempting to install a custom rom on my Honor 5x. I searched around google trying to find a complete installation guide for installing LineageOS 14.1 on Honor 5x but couldn't find one that looked official. I also searched youtube but only found one in german. I was wondering if there's a guide out there on how to install this custom ROM? Thank you in advance.

KIW-L24
KIW-L24C567B351
Android 6.0.1

I am using this guide and it doesn't seem new-user friendly as I can't really figure out how to read his instructions. I googled some of the terms like TWRP and voLTE but as this is my first time using a custom ROM, it's really hard to understand his instructions. Are there any step-by-step type instructions?

B351 is volte firmware??

Every firmware before b360 isn't volte enabled
