Here is a quick 15.1 build update for those still using it (Pie build is coming soon probably after im back from buisness trip which will take about 10 days but dont quote me on that as i do this in my free time which can be limited sometimes
and as this was a major update and i still have to clean few things out in pie as this was major update which along the other things fixed hwc and general performance) in the meeantime you can download oreo build in the op, here is a brief changelog

- Updated kernel to 3.18.138
- Synced with april security update
- Enabled quota support on /data partition
- Synced with LOS source

small bug: "double tab to wake" OVERRIDES "prevent accidental wakeup(proximity)!

userfix: install gravitybox and enable "proximity wake-up" which is essentially the same but works ..

but obviously thats not the perfect solution ... codewise it should be that doubletab to wake and the whole hardware screen/touchsensor should be turned off completely as long as the proximity sensor detects, that its inside a bag !

that would also save quite a bit of battery

another small bug: the audiorecoring has constant problems , which you can hear as small blips or cracks(use audio recorder) , thats so minimal that its no problem in a call or whatsapp audio message BUT its a problem if you record a video and play it back over a stereo ...

i had these same blips in asio applications on the pc , it happens when the dpc latency becomes too high or on very minimal buffer underruns (big buffer underruns sound like robot voice)..

maybe the audio thread just needs more juice/priority ... (also the playbacksound overall is a bit "wooden" or muffled compared to the stockrom)

EDIT: it seems it depends on the app

New builds are up not a big changelog in this one as its mostly maintainance build with security updates

- upstreamed kernel to 3.18.140
- Updated to June 2019 security update
- Updated to May 2019 vendor (samsung side) security update
- bsp side performance updates

And here is a little behind the scenes of whats going on with development right now
I managed to get 4.14 kernel to boot on the s7 (serial console as of right now so it didnt boot to gui)
what does this mean? this means longer support for the device, performance improvements and better security
When will this be available for others to test?, Unfortunately not so soon as i said it only goes to serial console (thru uart) right now
and pretty much everything is broken just getting it to boot was a big step and ill try to get thing with that kernel sorted during summer

Also i would like to thank everyone who donated as it helps with the server costs which also helped with progress that will hapen, this rom will never
have exclusive group for donators like some roms and it will never become one of those paid roms a lot of people started releasing
But as stated previously donations are greatly appreciated as they help with keeping everything running

Audio distortions

Great work, but with Dolby atmos and viper4android i have must distortions when listen music and telephone . Distortions with mic and headphone

@Ivan_Meler Thanks for all of your hard work in keeping Lineage going on S7 Edge.

Having run the 13.06.2019 build for a while now I have come across a couple problems. The first is that I can't set call forwarding, either in the dialer settings, or by dialing *21*10_digit_number#. I get "Unexpected response from network" from the dialer settings, or "Call forwarding\n Connection problem or invalid MMI code" when dialing the *21 code. Looking at logcat, it looks like the dialer is sending the request to the radio firmware, but the radio responds with an error. The radio is the latest for my carrier (Rogers in Canada, version G935W8VLS6CSC1) so presumably their radio firmware should work with their network. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

The second issue is a minor annoyance. The built-in Gallery app shows all of my camera photos in a strange order. It shows 5 photos from June 24 at 2 PM backwards to 1 PM, then older photos going down the list (as expected), but then way at the bottom (I have lots of photos that I never delete) it jumps to June 25, the newest photos, and then continues on backwards to June 24 at 1 PM. At first I thought some photos were erased but it's that the gallery continues to append photos at the top of the new list that it started, which is at the bottom of all of my older photos, if that makes sense. I did wipe phone data when I flashed the latest build, cleared data and cache for Gallery once I realized the problem, and even tried deleting /data/data/...gallery3d directories completely with no change.

Aggiornamento

Playing around with my smartphone I noticed that the audio distortion disappears if I listen to the music and turn off the screen.
* Another problem, viper4android FX installed with magisk does not feel benefits in changing setup. The drivers say they are installed perfectly. What am I doing wrong? Dolby atmos works perfectly.
* A problem with lineageos is reflected in the camera. The integrated camera app does not take pictures with the flash. I have to use another application for this.

Un problema di lineageos lo riscontro in fotocamera. L'app fotocamera integrata non scatta fotografie con il flash. Devo usare altra applicazione per questo.

EDIT: Flashed a newer ROM, so I don't need help on this now. However, I'd still like to know what caused it.

Yes, you never dirty flash a new base over an old one. That was your problem. Always clean flash (wipe /system).
