I recently installed Nougat on my SM-T800, and I have a couple of thoughts about your situation...

1. I *believe* "Seandroid not enforcing" means you tripped the Knox bit. It's an assumption on my part because I've never really cared. I've never owned a Samsung tablet that had a warranty anyway. Does yours?

2. More speculation. Make absolutely 100% sure you've downloaded the correct files for your device. I'll guess there's something in the GApps package your tablet doesn't like. In my case it was also the TWRP and Odin that made the difference. As a test, did you try to boot the device before installing GApps?
