If you don't like it, reboot into recovery and type the following command:
Would you be so nice and could test an older version?Log for blue line below video problem, also slow and jittery playback. Currently using latest OTA version, i am not sure when problem started but it did not exist before. (same video player was fluid)

They are all stored on AFH, if I know with which version it worked, I can revert to this stage.
In the first video the OMX.google.h264.decoder (software)I tested using 30-09-2021 version,, video play is flawless...
My other tablet (S6 lite with original firmware) uses SamsungOMX.Exynos.avc.dec codec with same video streaming software.
Tell me if you need other versions tested..
thanks..
The software is an official live tv streaming software from my cable ISP, i tested on the same live tv for both cases, maybe codec changes depending whats on tv at that hour.. I will look for codec changes.. Currently i am on 30-09 version, to re-catch error, i have to reinstall newest version. In the first video the OMX.google.h264.decoder (software)
was used.
In the second video the OMX.SEC.AVC.Decoder (hardware).
So I can't do much with this info, you need a video which uses the same decoder to compare.
It would be the best if you could store any video where the bug appears and then try an older version.
With this Info, I know what to revert.
Alright, would be great if we could compare also the specific codec, then there will be the next update with revertsThe software is an official live tv streaming software from my cable ISP, i tested on the same live tv for both cases, maybe codec changes depending whats on tv at that hour.. I will try a little more with old version and catch if error reappears. With new (24-12) version half of the channels were problematic.
regards...
I installed latest version back and problems returned back, my conclusion so far : old version OMX.SEC.AVC.Decoder supports problematic profiles or it doesnt fall back to OMX.google.h264.decoder even when it doesnt support (not likely.)Alright, would be great if we could compare also the specific codec, then there will be the next update with reverts.
MediaCodecInfo: NoSupport [codec.profileLevel, avc1.4D4029, video/avc] [OMX.SEC.AVC.Decoder, video/avc] [p4noterfjv, GT-N8005, samsung, 28
MediaCodecInfo: NoSupport [codec.profileLevel, avc1.640028, video/avc] [OMX.SEC.AVC.Decoder, video/avc] [p4noterfjv, GT-N8005, samsung, 28]
Ok, then I think the version from 22.12.2021 should work for you:I installed latest version back and problems returned back, my conclusion so far : old version OMX.SEC.AVC.Decoder supports problematic profiles or it doesnt fall back to OMX.google.h264.decoder even when it doesnt support (not likely.)
New version of OMX.SEC.AVC.Decoder doesnt support some profiles and fall back to OMX.google.h264.decoder when playing video (live tv), and this is when colors are strange, and returns back to OMX.SEC.AVC.Decoder without user intervention (while video play continues).
Code:MediaCodecInfo: NoSupport [codec.profileLevel, avc1.4D4029, video/avc] [OMX.SEC.AVC.Decoder, video/avc] [p4noterfjv, GT-N8005, samsung, 28 MediaCodecInfo: NoSupport [codec.profileLevel, avc1.640028, video/avc] [OMX.SEC.AVC.Decoder, video/avc] [p4noterfjv, GT-N8005, samsung, 28]
above are messages when codec switching occurs.
If it is possible to install - remove different version of codecs using adb, i can try all.
Regards..

- Fixed SIM PIN unlock bug for n8000
Well there still is the huge battery usage issue when just left idle. but it only happens if you have Wi-Fi on, if it isn't it acts like normal and can hold the charge for over a week however when Wi-Fi is on it drains itself to empty in about a day and it's just idle.Update 09.01.2022:

I'm using sleepy wifi, didn't found another solution, Android 11 handles these things better.Well there still is the huge battery usage issue when just left idle. but it only happens if you have Wi-Fi on, if it isn't it acts like normal and can hold the charge for over a week however when Wi-Fi is on it drains itself to empty in about a day and it's just idle.
As it looks like you're facing this with all of my ROM's, did ever any custom ROM work for you?Hi,
I can't seem to make my wifi work after installation. That's the only error I'm having right now... Can you help me out? BTW I'm using N8010
Hi chief, yes it was working on the stock rom before & only encountered problems after installing the LineageOS rom... I tried installing all 3 versions (14,16,18) but looks like no success with the Wifi connectivity. It would just say connecting & then an "x" would show up beside the wifi connectionAs it looks like you're facing this with all of my ROM's, did ever any custom ROM work for you?
Is it working with the stock ROM?
yeah u gotta install this kernel that @html6405 madeHi all
Having problems trying to flash Magisk 26.1. No matter if I flash from TWRP or if I patch the boot.img, and then flash boot.img, no success.
Is there any problem with Magisk and this ROM?
