Is the fast charge working on S7 with LOS?
Sent from my HTC One M9 using XDA Labs
Magisk + Viper4AndroidAre there any sound modifications for the Galaxy S7 that may give more power to the sound output?
A notification alert sounds on maximum like the same alert on medium at stock rom.
By the way, I have installed the module for stock modifications (e. g. dual spekar sound mod, see few posts before).
No
Is this something complex to realize?
Just a question, because if OTA would work, it would be so much more user friendly, e.g. for not experienced users.
Of course it is a problem. I don't want to have to start my local computer to download a new image. I don't want to need to plug in my smartphone regularly to my desktop pc. I don't want to regularly check if updates are available. And I don't want to do this also for colleagues/friends/family who don't know how to do that.Well, i guess if you manage to get it on your phone for the first time, an update should not be a problem.
I had never bad experience with OTA updates, so I cannot confirm. But I don't know if there are technical disadvantages with OTA.Second thing is that this rom is unofficial, so the dev is building and distributing this rom himself. i think official roms have ota, but i think it also does not work well
I must completely disagree.

I'm not lazy, but to refuse OTA update with the argument "it should be no problem" is a big fault for user acceptance.

Also unofficial ROMs have OTA, e.g. LineageOS for MicroG https://www.los-legacy.de/
This is no criticism, I just try to explain why your post does not answer my question.
Previous LineageOS versions didnt have this problem, but for some reason Apps requiring a fingerprint say its not enabled..
This while i'm unlocking my phone with my Fingerprint for starters .. so ... ?
Anyone have a clue ?
