1.a strange bug: all apps works well after the device boot, but many apps(all user app and some system app) crashes(could not open the app and force close) after the device using for a while, then reboot solve the problem but appear again after a while (ps: the rom using magisk and lsposed);
2.the kernel of rom seems not support zram???

LineageOS 18.1 Android 11 for GT-N8010 ,WiFi is displayed, but the connection is not successful. What should I do?​

The n8010 brushes the machine several times, and the lineageos 18.1 Android 11 is always unable to connect to WiFi

Update 23.09.2021:
  • Fixed aptX support
  • Introduced new PEN gesture, double click now became the back event, the short press gesture now can configured in the system settings. (This was also a problem for SPen command)
  • Fixed BT headset audio in a mobile call (GT-N8000)
  • Disabled PMF in overlay
  • Fixed possibility to disable stylus icon hovering
  • N8020: set device to noril for yet.
  • Updated the boot picture, if you don't like it, reboot into recovery and type the following command:
    • adb shell (or use TWRP's terminal)
    • . /data/param_restore.sh
    • reboot
  • Uploaded a prepared package to build your own boot picture

Hi,
Dude more and more admire your work. I tested Lineage18 again, before this new update. But apart from the restart bug, I noticed a problem that I don't know if it happens to other users, but many times to open a new application you have to close another one. I ended up going back to Lineage 16 which is pretty stable. For now I need to use the tablet to work (Thanks to you for that), so I have to wait until Lineage 18 gets good stability. But I have faith in your work and I think it won't take long for you to solve the compatibility issues we still have on our tablet to definitely use the rom.
Once again, thank you very much and congratulations.

After several tests, the lineage18.1 system can finally be used normally. There are restart errors in the test. I hope Mr. html6405 can improve. Thank you！

Absolutely amazing update !!, also is there a way to boot off/install the OS on an SD card/exteral device to prolong the life of the eMMC ? That feature would be amazing.

Theoretically it would be possible to modify the Kernel and the fstab to mount the system and the other partitions from the sdcard, which must be correct partitioned, also TWRP need's to be modified to do this.
I'm pretty sure that I could do this.

But a sdcard is much slower than the internal eMMC, so I wouldn't recommend it.

My sim card socket is broken, I bought a new one but it looks different from the original one. after I installed it, I found that neither lineageos16 nor 18 can recognize it. finally I flashed into the Samsung official 4.1.2 rom and the sim card soceket working well .
please help me how to make it work in lineage18, the one on the right in the picture is new card socket.

    here you can find my preview build version of LineageOS 18.1 for our Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 devices.
    At first I want to thank @forkbomb444, @rINanDO, @ChronoMonochrome for all your work which helped me a lot to bring this up.

    This is a early BETA build, so don't install it if you want a completley stable rom and don't report my already listet bugs!

    I'm working nearly every day on our N80xx devices, because LOS18 runs much smoother than LOS17.1, I will continue here.

    When you have BitGapps installed, you have to reflash them after every update!

    Here you can see how far everything is working for now.

    You could use a gps.conf from https://app.box.com/s/w57s1v1n3hie7l5lk28i for your location and replace /system/etc/gps.conf.
    Or you try GPS Server Optimizer app for a faster 3D fix.
    For both methods you need root rights.

    For the others, you can use microG in future.

    This ROM is alpha, nobody can force me to bring any updates,
    I'm doing this in my freetime, so be thankful if you get something.

    I will proceed here as soon as I will have time, I didn't have LOS16.0 completed and I'm working hard to provide you a stable ROM.
    LOS 16.0 is our major version, on LOS18.1 is much more work todo and much more framework hackings to get LOS18.1 as good compatible as possible.

    I'm overtaking many things I make for LOS16.0 to 18.1, but this take's time.
    I hate it if I get stressed, so please be patent or do it by your own,
    this takes really much time, debugging, try things and so on.
