Ok, the double click works (didn't know it had the back functionality thanks), so the S-pen seems to be ok. It might be an issue with the Squid app itself.

The last one that did not fail with error code 70 was 20220110.

Hi

Please can you explain what is the "lightning bug"?


I have a problem on my screen and want to know if it is the same problem :

On my N8010, the edges sometimes become yellow-brown (like an old parchment) then more and more darker, then completely black. The screen stay the same even if I reboot my N8010.

Anyway, thanks a lot @html6405 for the good job!

The screen starts to light up, more and more until it's only a white screen,
mostly while charging and waking the device up.

This could be this bug and we've thought that it was gone already, how often does this happen?
Only while charging or when?

Thanks for your answer.
I use my N8010 unplugged during some live performances.
The problem happened during my two last performances.
Yesterday I tried to keep my N8010 awoken as long as I can, the display didn't failed but the N8010 was plugged.
I will try another time unplugged and I will tell you.

I tried my N8010 unplugged, with the screen almost always on.
About a certain time (several minutes, generally more than 10 or 20 min), the display turned off by itself.
So I had to put the N8010 off by pressing several seconds on the power button to reboot it. The display and the N8010 then worked well several tens of minutes time without problem.

I also tried on another N8010 with the same ROM: same problem.

Conclusion: Sometimes, the N8010 can work several tens of minutes time without problem but then comes the time when the display turn off.

I didn't find the event that could put the display off.

Hi,

I was able to watch a movie over a hour without any problems, is there a pattern how I can reproduce this?

I am unable to open rtsp streams with mpv or vlc...
that worked on los16..

edit: ok, seems that something is with players... bs player works

    here you can find my preview build version of LineageOS 18.1 for our Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 devices.
    At first I want to thank @forkbomb444, @rINanDO, @ChronoMonochrome for all your work which helped me a lot to bring this up.

    This is a early BETA build, so don't install it if you want a completley stable rom and don't report my already listet bugs!

    I'm working nearly every day on our N80xx devices, because LOS18 runs much smoother than LOS17.1, I will continue here.

    When you have BitGapps installed, you have to reflash them after every update!

    Here you can see how far everything is working for now.

    You could use a gps.conf from https://app.box.com/s/w57s1v1n3hie7l5lk28i for your location and replace /system/etc/gps.conf.
    Or you try GPS Server Optimizer app for a faster 3D fix.
    For both methods you need root rights.

    For the others, you can use microG in future.

    This ROM is alpha, nobody can force me to bring any updates,
    I'm doing this in my freetime, so be thankful if you get something.

    I will proceed here as soon as I will have time, I didn't have LOS16.0 completed and I'm working hard to provide you a stable ROM.
    LOS 16.0 is our major version, on LOS18.1 is much more work todo and much more framework hackings to get LOS18.1 as good compatible as possible.

    I'm overtaking many things I make for LOS16.0 to 18.1, but this take's time.
    I hate it if I get stressed, so please be patent or do it by your own,
    this takes really much time, debugging, try things and so on.
