I installed TWRP to install Open Gapps.

By reading the various information that you provided on various links and in particular on the explanation of the nfc_patch, I understood that it was necessary to reinstall the stock recovery_ramdisk. After that, the installation of the complete system (lir-v316-220325-arm64 -bvZ-lite.img) works normally after factory reset. :)

Thank you for your help @-Alf-, thanks to you I understood how Android works

Today I decided to try installing Magisk with the information from this post (link). Unfortunately, even following all the procedures, the phone does not become root.
I tried to install version 25.1 for this, but I don't have the .img, so I did the same procedure in zip mode, as explained by the software publisher.

Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

I don't believe that :)

Install 23.0 and update magisk via Manager (btw, how badly you need 25.1 ? )
I did the same procedure in zip mod
This procedure does not work on EMUI 9.1.

It's good !! I successfully rooted my phone :)
However, I have noticed that Paypal cannot connect.
So I did some research and found several possibilities.
If I understood correctly, it's SafetyNet that restricts the system. Indeed, when I do verification with Magisk, it is refused.

I then found 2 different tutorials.
1: droidwin
2: droidholic
3: XDA

Can you advise me the best method for this honor 9 lite?

SafetyNet is allowed :)

I tested the other tutorials before your proposal, it did not work with the hardware modifications.
After zeroing the parameters, I tried something else:
- In Phh Treble Setting, I activated 2 options in the Misc Features section:
- first, activation of SafetyNet
- I restarted the system
- Then activate Spoof Pixel 5
- I restarted the system

- finally, I checked the passage of SafetyNet: OK

I also noticed that modules can be installed with Magisk, does the pix3lify module work correctly?
I wish I could use the native google photo taking app :) (in addition to other possibilities)
If it works, do you have any advice for optimal use?

So, I tried to install "pix3lify" via Magisk modules.
I notice that the installation does not finish correctly: "unable to repack boot image"

I don't understand what the problem is and if there is a solution to solve this problem.

What do you think ?

I don't know, ask here
https://xdaforums.com/t/pix3lify-unity.3757137/
The question is, what do you need this module for...
Ok thanks, I will look into this post.

I think I would try in EMUI8 mode in August. For the moment I am very satisfied with my current ROM ^^

For Pix3lify I wanted to use: alarms, notification sounds, ringtones UI audio, Google call screening feature, Camera2API module and Google Camera app.

I want to optimize the use of the smartphone in custom rom as much as possible

Thank you ^^
I was wondering, how do you know the differences in operation between EMUI8 and EMUI9 for example?

I find that certain information is important to know and understand in order to optimize your phone properly.
The main problem is the Kirin and the 64-bit driver, so customization is limited.
On the Honor 9 lite there is additionally a problem with the small size of the system partition on builds 9.1.0.124 and above (unlike the Huawei p20 lite).
