I haven't tried. I keep ROMs on the SD card and like having the option to download them on my pc and copy them to the SD card. I don't use many apps on the tablet because it is slow relative to newer hardware.

I have multiple SD cards and I do that too though I separate apps and roms by just different sd cards. I change it when the tablet is fully off.
I hope it is possible to put apps on SD card, I'd like to upgrade from the android 9 ROM HTML made, it works great but there are some minor issues. Like my own compiled games will not run on it, it does open and makes to the loading screen but it stays stuck there at a random percentage. and it shouldn't be a hardware limitation because I've tested it on an even older device and everything worked fine there. From what I looked through it's an issue with Cordova which is what the game uses. Yes it's a javascript game
Another issue is with Wifi consuming so much battery if left on. I have other tablets where I've left Wifi on for weeks and it's still on. which is more minor, I'd like to be able to test my games on an android tablet
Honestly it would be better to upgrade to LOS19.1 first,
I've changed some things in the meantime, also in the vendor partition.
I guess you don't have LOS19.1 installed?
If you want to upgrade from 18.1 to 19.1, you must do a clean installation,
you can copy the url of the ROM for example, download it with your device, reboot into TWRP and do a clean installation.

Hi, i need help. I am just flashed latest version (20220506) on my gt-n8000 from stock firmware. Everything for now working fine except one thing. Every time when i trying to use keyboard (onscreen) almost all screen covered by black element. I can uncheck in settings displayed onscreen keyboard and now nothing happen at all. This seems like he try to use hardware keyboard but i do not have one. Also in notification link to setting hardware keyboard.

You also could test the previous version if this solves your problem,
maybe the next update fixes this issue, I will test it on my test device.
Did this happen with numeric keyboard?
I had this several times. Rarely. I just clikced the keyboard button on lower right screen and rotate the screen.

using the LOS19 the first days and its amazing. These are my first experiences with android12 and i never thought i would make it with a "stoneaged" (but beloved) device like the GT-N8010.
In short: coming from LOS16 where most/main things work like a charm it seems to be the same on LOS19.
On my single-thread machine i only want it to work as internet-radio device connected to an external hifi-amp/stereo-device.
i really pray that the annoying "safe volume warning" will be able to handle/ is dismissed this time when using the 3,5mm audio jack.
Nevertheless big THX to html6405 we really appreciate the great work you are doing!!

At first I want to thank @rINanDO and @ChronoMonochrome for all your work which helped me a lot.
This is a BETA build, also on the LineageOS side, so don't install it if you want a complete and stable rom and don't report my already listed bugs!
When you have BitGapps installed, you have to reflash them after every update!

I would recommend to use microG instead of BitGapps,If you don't like it, reboot into recovery and type the following command:
- adb shell (or use TWRP's terminal)
- bash /data/param_restore.sh
- reboot
- Uploaded a prepared package to build your own boot picture
here you can find the installation instructions:
- Download Magisk 24.1 and flash it via TWRP (yes, flash the APK file), reboot
- Open Magisk and update the App (and do a reboot if it's asking)
- Enable Zygisk in Magisk
- Download and install microG installer in the Magisk manager, reboot
- Download and install safetynet-fix in the Magisk manager, reboot
- Check with a safetynet checker app and you should pass
If you plan to use a sim card in your device, I would recommend to disable the pin code before with another device.
In some cases the sim card becomes unusable while typing in the code.

- Removed OMX.SEC.AVC.Decoder for now, it has problems with many videos, which regenerated after a minute, thats a killer for some short videos.
