Hello, after installing Lineage 16.0, the Wi-Fi stopped finding networks, it activates perfectly, but it does not find any networks. it's a n8000

This thread is for LOS 19.0, but how did it stopped to find networks, did this happend suddenly and did you try to reboot?
Also does this happen with other ROM's too?

after installing the newest version of android 12 for my N8000 , i have problem with light of screen. it flickers. i changed its ROM to android 9 but still have the problem.
is my tablet gone?
any advice to normalize its light , would be great!

If it's the known screen lighnting bug, than your display should regenerate itself after a while.

I honestly don't know if LineageOS plans to make a 12L version, if not, we could think about an 12L AOSP maybe.

I know that Android 12L itself is still in the test version, but it would be great to be able to run it on my N8000, it brings several improvements in functions for large screens like ours. I will wait and trust.

I tried to install it on my n8010 but it keep crashing after 10seconds of running. I see setting welcome screen a boom restart... What im doing wrong? Thank for your reply

Here is what i do:

1) Open TWRP 3.6.0_9-0
2) Wipe - factory reset
3) Advance Wipe - system/Cache/Dalvik
4) Install lineage-19.0-20211118-HTML6405-n8010
5) Back
6) Install BiTGApps-arm-12.0.0-R45_Signed
7) reboot system
8) see welcome screen with setting
9) its restarting after few seconds
10) try not to cry...

Hmm is your bootloader a recent one (KitKat) and did you also try LOS 18.1?

This is maybe the solution. i haven´t updated bootloader sinced i install lineageOS 16 last year. Where i can download right bootloader update please? Thank you for your support. I really appreciate

It's installed automatically if you had the official KitKat stock ROM installed once.
But if LOS 16.0 works, then it should be ok.

SOLVED. With Samfirm downloaded latest official update. With odin flashed. Installed older twrp-3.5.0_9-0-n8010.img. Now is working without looping. Thank for your time and mentoring

I was partial to the AOSP ROM's and liked them!

You could try a different (mabe older) package.

an older lineagos package, bitgapps package, or both? I also tried nikgapps core and it flashed but when I booted it showed no google apps lol
