I have same issues with audio on Bluetooth earbuds and car hands free even to connect via windows Pc audio doesn't work. Please is there a fix for this Bluetooth audio cos I love this Rom for the first time I am beginning to like my phone

I installed GAPPS from NikGApps (NikGapps-crDroid-op6-arm64-13-20230621-signed) without error.
But Play store doesn't works, it stops everytime....
I try to repatch Lineage OS, but still the same..
Any ideas please?

That's because you installed NickGapps for Android 13. LineageOS 19 is Android 12L. You must download NickGapps for Android 12L from here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/nikgapps/files/Releases/NikGapps-SL/21-Jun-2023/
I always install package core "NikGapps-core-arm64-12.1-20230621-signed.zip" and never had problems.
You will have to do a new clean flash of ROM and Gapps because both have to be installed together.

That's because you installed NickGapps for Android 13. LineageOS 19 is Android 12L. You must download NickGapps for Android 12L from here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/nikgapps/files/Releases/NikGapps-SL/21-Jun-2023/

Hi! What should I check to get Whatsapp and Telegram receiving messages again? Since last update Whatsapp and Telegram enter in a deep sleep state and won't notify any message unless I check my phone and open the apps explicitly, which I hardly do unless I get notified about a message received.

In second place, has changing Gapps any impact on how frequent I receive notifications in my phone? Last time I was using Flame Gapps I think, and then switched to BitGapps in this new LOS Update (clean flash)

August builds are up, Nothing major just security updates for 19.1, 18.1 builds are compiling right now and 20.0 builds will be out in few days when LineageOS changes for August ASB get to gerrit.

Without them this project wouldnt still be running few years after i started with 15.1 builds.

I got problems with bluetooth-audio. It doesn't work with my hands-free system in my car. I can't hear anything when a call comes in and i doesn‘t find a solution until now.

September builds are out, You can get them from this thread of via OTA update.

18.1 and 20.0 builds will be out next week hopefully.

As you might also know Android 14 release is nearing, from what i know so far it will require more BPF backports which ill try to work around till we get more recent of a kernel running on exynos 8890
So s7 will live to see yet another android version, other than that there shouldnt be major changes needed.

Keep in mind that some LineageOS features have not been completed yet this is not a device bug and please do not report those

Install gapps right after installing the rom itself don't try to boot to system before that if you want to use gapps (Or wipe data before installing them)

Make sure gapps you decide to use support android 12L/12.1/Are targetting api level 32
Also make sure you are using latest official TWRP before installing rom older versions do not have proper android 12 support

If you want to use Magisk use latest Magisk Beta (25.0) or Magisk 24.1, there is bug in 24.3 that was fixed after its release that prevents zygisk from working on some devices with 3.18 kernel

This morning, I removed the Magisk root to use “Google Wallet” with a bank card for contactless payment.
Since then, I can no longer access TWRP recovery by rebooting the device.
When I use the volume up keys + home button + power, I arrive in LineageOS Recovery mode
So I can no longer access backups made with TWRP.
Did removing root also remove TWRP?
To install your LineageOS 19.1 ROM, do I first have to install TWRP again with ODIN?
What is the correct version of TWRP to accept your 19.1 ROM?
Finally, can LineageOS 19.1 be installed “on top” of the current version of Lineage 18.1 or will I have to reinstall all my apps?
