Honestly I never had to deal with restoring EFS partitions. I did a backup of this partition before flashing LOS 19 the first time. Because I messed up at a later point I repeated a clean install but without EFS backup, which also worked fine for me.
Another silly idea: Did you check the tray which contains your SIM and sd card? Maybe it is not sitting the supposed way (although the tight space doesn't seem to allow for this).

I have my LightROM on; i always keep a backup of my latest working ROMs before i do anything, saves me a tooon of headache :p

And ye, i did check the sim and card; because after i checked it and went to my old ROM it was all working fine.
I *do* think the actual sim card worked at the start? I think it connected to my mobile internet and everything but then when i was installing apps and checking for bugs i noticed the sim card was lost

And what I was asking if i can put the previous custom ROM's EFS with the new (LOS) one, because I have some stuff like my bank app that uses the IMEI address or something of the device so it saves me several days of headache trying to register it by going to the bank.

Not sure which effect it has on LOS 19 to restore the old EFS partition. But now that I'm sure you do have a backup of your old system I'd suggest to format the phone, then wipe it and reflash LOS 19, reboot install BitGapps + addons, reboot and install Magisk canary (if you require comdirect pushtan app), otherwise latest Magisk v23 will work as well.
I can only speak for myself, but in my case everything else would nag me in the back of my mind. ;)

When you say format the phone, you mean just through TWRP? not like a complete reset to stock rom and re-rooting it and stuff?

Also not sure what comdirect pushtan is but i would like it if there was a way to enable the heartrate sensor for the S-Health app (or any app that uses the sensor)

Don't think going to stock would make a significat difference. Using TWRP to format and then wipe (check everything except external and usb-otg) should be enough. Then flash latest LOS 19 from 2022.01.18.

I just flashed to the latest, installing the apps and configuring the settings; sim card seems to be working and ill check if the file manager app works in a bit.
This time i actually followed it word for word on the post you linked on installing it properly, which just means the only extra thing i did is restarting to recovery after certain steps.

Edit: this time i can access my sd card properly! and it weirdly didnt give me any popups to grant access, which is slightly worrysome

Sounds good so far. Glad it was a success.
Regarding sd card...probably it wasn't removed while flashing process and therefore was already recognized by recovery?

Well the sd card problem was after i installed the rom and was using it, so no clue what happened there last time...and twrp works just fine, so thats good at least

Theres one huge problem I think I found out though. Not sure if it has something to do with the kernel splash screen when starting the phone still says Superman ROM or not, but after a prolonged time listening to internet radio through an app (Replaio), the wifi seems to quite literally just....toggle off. Happened to me before when I was using lightROM and updating the kernel fixed the issue. Not sure how I can update it here, though...

Not sure which bank app you are using, but in my case the old workaround (riru + riru unshare) wasn't working any longer. Instead the latest Magisk beta (canary version) is using Zygisk for hiding root for specified apps.
Workaround:
Download latest canary version of Magisk here: https://github.com/topjohnwu/magisk-files/blob/canary/app-debug.apk
Download safetynet fix for canary version here: https://github.com/kdrag0n/safetynet-fix/releases
Take a note (or screenshot) of your current hidden apps, including the activated toogles.
Uninstall Magisk from the app itself and boot to recovery
Install canary version through TWRP, reboot to recovery and install safetynet fix.
Reboot to system and update Magisk with direct installation.
Reboot and go to Magisk settings, enabling Zygist and also "Force Denylist".
Reboot and configure the apps you want to hide in hidelist.
DO NOT HIDE THE MAGISK APP ITSELF!
Maybe it is required to delete cache of your banking app before starting it for the first time- keep in mind that you might need to login or verify again.
Enjoy root on your device without banking apps realizing.

Sorry, I can't help with this one as I wasn't able to find any informations on this topic. I also have no experience with flashing kernel separately.

Yeah, pretty rare and apparently random bug. Tried to repeat it but it didnt seem to happen after several hours of streaming the radio

Thanks for the detailed instructions on Magisk Canary!

However I'd like to point out that banking apps are working for me with just Magisk v23 (stable channel) and Magisk Hide. No extra modules installed.

SafetyNet passes, Google Play shows "certified", banking apps work including Google Pay NFC payments..

Well after trying out the ROM for a few days i found enough issues with it that will force me back to using LightROM...
My banking app crashing every time i try open it is one, another is robotic voice when someone calls me and recording not working; and finally the AOD seems to eat more battery than my previous ROM.
Thanks for the help, anyway!

Iwan any idea for correct reading the SD card and the damaged sound in the handset, and how to reduce the memory consumption of the RAM because we have 4GB physically and it eats 3.3 GB and some 600 Mb is left

However I'd like to tell you that the slide typing feature (working in your LineaneOS 18.1 isn't working in version 19.0.

It would be great to use the native keyboard.
Is it possible to fix it, please?

BitGapps comes with Google gboard (with swift/glide typing function). If you aren't using BitGapps you can install gboard from Playstore and use it instead of the stock keyboard.

Yeah, my banking app itself is also working without any issues although I didn't add it to the hidden apps within Magisk. However it is a completely different story with various tan generator apps you'll need for some banking. Those have different requirements. And some banks really got engaded in that cat 'n mouse play with the community. In most cases an older version of the app with disabled update function will also do the trick, but I don't like running outdated and possibly vulnerable software on my devices.

Your solution will be Gboard for swiping ... (with still no alternative for the thick blue line (or you have to choose no line at all) .

    there was a weird bug in audio hal that was causing it.

    Big thanks to @Bujiraso for playing with props and audio configs which at the end lead me to finding bug in audio hal.

    Now im only waiting for google to push June security update source so I can start compiling builds and release them

    - Fixed issue where setupwizard would crash when adding fingerprint due to bug in keystore
    - Cleaned up patches required for build and removed unneeded ones
    - Synced with LineageOS source

    This was one of hardest things to track down and it prevented some security related apps from working, big thanks to everyone who supported this project and got me coffee (This took over a month on and off time to debug and figure out, one of weirdest error caused by googles keystore changes in android 12) and thanks to those who helped cover the build server cost

    I havent posted an actual progress update in quite some time so here is some behind the scenes.
    • HWC And most of display hals will be updated and open sourced
    • Keystore will also be looked into a bit further to see if there are edge cases left where some secure apps break
    • OMX again without going into too much details we will see some changes on that end and it will be open sourced
    • Camera, well ill just let this one be a surprise for now since it will require most work
    There is a lot more going behind the scenes and some of those changes will take some time (Keep in mind i do this in my free time so i really cant talk about etas) but in general once most of those chanegs are up 8890 devices will be in perfect condition and once Android 13 source is out it won't take too long to get it working.

    Some other small notes since s7 i use to develop this rom on has broken screen (i use scrcpy to mirror screen on pc)

    Just download magisk and flash it in recovery i didnt post guide because eevryone should know how to do that i guess, if not i dont see how one would even end up with a custom rom

    Install gapps right after installing the rom itself don't try to boot to system before that if you want to use gapps (Or wipe data before installing them)

    Make sure gapps you decide to use support android 12L/12.1/Are targetting api level 32
    Also make sure you are using latest official TWRP before installing rom older versions do not have proper android 12 support

    If you want to use Magisk use latest Magisk Beta (25.0) or Magisk 24.1, there is bug in 24.3 that was fixed after its release that prevents zygisk from working on some devices with 3.18 kernel

    Since my birthday is tomorrow I decided to release a little surprise build. Here is a brief changelog:
    - Updated libexynosdisplay from BSP to comply with some android 12 changes
    - Removed unused build.prop entries
    - Fixed few selinux denials related to hwc props
    - Improved UI performance and stability
    - Cleaned up source
    - Removed more unneeded patches for device support
    - Synced with LineageOS source

    Im aware of Seedvault issue curently present and im working on a fix for it.
    I wanted to release something as a gift from me to everyone using this rom and supporting this project throughout the years. Keeping older phones alive and up to date is really fun hobby and I don't think I would've kept doing it if it wasnt for all of the support from the comunity.

    Once again big thanks to everyone who helped cover the build serve cost and coffee.

    New builds are up mainly to bring them inline with official lineageos 19.1 builds when it comes to features, here is a brief changelog
    - Removed libbfqio dependency from hwc since it was dropped from lineageos 19.1
    - Misc performance and stability improvements
    - Synced with LineageOS source (same base as official builds + some extras)

    About camera, As some of you might be aware camera tends to crash afterprolongued use, Im investigatinga fix for it but due to nature of issue itself it might take time
    to figure this out completely and what the best way to deal with it is.
