just updated magisk after flashing new kernel and its bootlooping

are there any optimizations you could make to new kernel and what version is it?

Do a clean installation for magisk, you also could try to delete the /data/adb folder.

3.4.67, many things improved, for example downloading big files works now much better than with the 3.0.101 and much more.
But driver specific bugs will stay the same as they were before.

okay guys, am running magisk 25.2 rooted with this rom and new kernel and everything appears ok

noob questions but why cant we update the kernel to smth like 4.x

also can we use the sec_keyboard disabler module with this rom?

I would have to configure it differently for A9.

Because it's not that easy to upgrade Samsung's modified kernels, there are many merge issues and other problems which makes it hard.
To run a current linux kernel version it would have to get mainlined, this is already in progress from @Don Carnage and he maybe will have success someday with this.

I'm happy with 3.4 to be honest, now it also shouldn't be a problem to create ubuntu touch or other linux distributions for our device.

will try soon but when I wake up tablet from deep sleep, it works for 30 seconds and then reboots

edit: sec_keyboard disabler works!

would it be possible for you to make an A9 kernel? it would be cool to have one as A9 runs smoother and is stable

After installing this rom I only have 3 megabytes of free space on system partition, nikgapps (or any other gapps package) requires more space. Is there any solution for this?

Hey! So... my tablet (GT-N8000) it is not being recognized by my PC when I connect it via USB, is there any way to fix this?

    But I had no time to test enough to see if it's fixed now.

    Everything is fine, I just have to work 8 - 12 hours per day and I'm struggling to find some time for android, but I try find one day per week.

    Yes, the patched PlayStore still should work with microG (but untested by myself) and I'm using NikGapps on one of my devices without any problem.

    That's a good idea, I will add it to the list.
    Newer packages need to much space, I'm using an older and smaller one (NikGapps).

    here you can find my version of LineageOS 20 for our Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 devices.
    At first I want to thank @rINanDO and @ChronoMonochrome for all your work which helped me a lot.

    This is a ALPHA build, also on the LineageOS side, so don't install it if you want a complete and stable rom and don't report my already listed bugs!

    If you don't like it, reboot into recovery and type the following command:
    I would recommend to use microG instead of BitGapps,
    here you can find the installation instructions:
    1. Download Magisk 24.1 and flash it via TWRP (yes, flash the APK file), reboot
    2. Open Magisk and update the App (and do a reboot if it's asking)
    3. Enable Zygisk in Magisk
    4. Download and install microG installer in the Magisk manager, reboot
    5. Download and install safetynet-fix in the Magisk manager, reboot
    6. Check with a safetynet checker app and you should pass :)

    If you plan to use a sim card in your device, I would recommend to disable the pin code before with another device.
    In some cases the sim card becomes unusable while typing in the code.

    Finally fixed the wake up problem in kernel, it took some time to figure out which driver was faulty.
    Only for N8000 and N8010 at the moment.

    Attention: this is only a test kernel at the moment, if you want to try it, there still could be other issues.
