LineageOS 20.0 (Android 13) [Signature Spoofing][OTA updates] for S8/S8+/Note8

Use Magisk with Zygisk enabled, put the banking app on the DenyList and freeze Magisk with, for example, Hail (also available on F-Droid) or Ice Box or similar. I don't think, it is needed, but I also have the Magisk Universal SafetyNet Fix Module installed (though I don't even know, if it is currently doing anything on my phone).
With this setup I am running 2 Banking Apps and 3 Authentication Apps (SecureGo and alike) successfully.
Disclaimer: If you haven't had anything to do with rooting to the moment, inform yourself a little bit about potential risks, that come with it.

However, since the 21 March update, pixel launcher crash consistently on my note 8 when going to the recent app drawer.
Any idea how I could fix it ? I tried factory reset my device but that didn't work

i have a problem with calling volume level. it's always highest level when i talking on the phone. i can't increase down volume level.

Since 20-20230321 I have lost access to the task switcher/recent apps and launching apps causes blank screens on Note 8. Anyone else?

I tried to overcome this issue by installing NanoDroid (my goal is to install microG and ultimately get rid of NikGapps) but I fell in a bootloop
EDIT : i've installed microG from there, and everything is working just fine
Feel nice to get a little further from Google

On mine back Arrow Is disappeared on the navigation bar too. there Is a new gesture for back and forward Pages, long swaip from left and right Edge.
It's possible that I understood you wrong, but yeah, fresh install the button were gone only back was working in all three option after restart it got fixed
only 2 options.

Keep in mind that some LineageOS features have not been completed yet this is not a device bug and please do not report those
Also do not post bug reports for known issues or bug reports without proper
a) Logcat
b) proc/last_kmsg (or proc/kmsg)
c) data/tombstones
d) dmesg
Install gapps right after installing the rom itself don't try to boot to system before that if you want to use gapps (Or wipe data before installing them)
NikGapps have been updated to 13, you might need to clean flash if you used other gapps in past including nikgapps 12.1 version
Make sure you are using latest official TWRP before installing rom older versions do not have proper android 12/13 support

ROM Kernel: Linux 4.4.30211Builds are mostly ready for daily use, i had no major issues while testing but some lineageos extras are not implemented yet as its still eaarly days in android 13 development

Also this builds come with full BPF backport to kernel which enables fancy new android 13 features like gpu monitoring
there were hundreds of kernel commits required to get this working on 4.4 kernel and it took quite a bit of time but new kernel will be used on future 19.1 builds too

sorry for inconvenience note users, google decided to introduce random inputflinger changes that turned out to break devices with built in pointer device like s-pen, this build has a fix for google introduced bugs and few other small improvements that affect s8/s8+ too

- Upreved audio hal to 7.1 from 5.0
- Implemented custom audio service used to load audio hal
- Backported more BPF changes to kernel
- Switched to webview 105.0.5195.68 which is native to T
- Cleaned up the source and patches used to build the rom

Do note you might need to clean flash if you used 12.1 gapps that replace default webview and use 13 gapps instead
Im aware of curent camera issues affecting Note 8 and im working on a fix right now, it will be out ASAP
tho it might take some time since i dont have note 8 or properly working s8/s8+ for that matter so it takes a bit of time to debug everything
