Should be updated from 4.2.1

Note: Android 4.2.1_r1.2 was not released as OTA update, therefore, this should be flashed over last official Google build i.e. JOP40D.
you should also say in the OP that this is the takju 4.2.2 OTA

Same way as all OTAs before it - search the forum and stickies.
you are right but users will still ask in thread so i am posting instrustions here and hoping that this question doenst get asked agaion ;)

-make sure you're on the latest STOCK android image for TAKJU or Yakju (whichever OTA you want to flash)
-move .zip to your phone
-boot into CWM recovery
-install zip from SD card
-choose the fie

the install takes a few minutes.

This is same 4.2.2 takju only update for manual update via CWM or TWRP which doesn't apply check patch before install, in case you have modified system files, and preserves CWM recovery or TWRP, but make sure after flashing .zip for example in CWM, to confirm fix SU before reboot.

I have installed via CWM 6.1.0.9 version.

Updated link to correct file, my apology

Before install my Gnexus was: opened bootloader, CWM recovery and Rooted+modified system Maps.apk with World Navigation

It would be great if somebody could post the new radio in a zip format at least.
